Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (EU) (GDPR) and CXII of 2011 are for sale. (Infotv.) manages and stores customers' personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Act. The seller only requests the necessary data from the buyers in order to fulfill the contract established on the basis of these GTC (confirmation, delivery, invoicing). The seller informs customers that it stores the personal data of the customers separately in its database, and does not use an external person (e.g. data processor) for operation and data management.

The seller undertakes to use the customer's data only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and issuing the invoice. Our registered customers can voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter when ordering, from which they can unsubscribe at any time.

The seller declares that it only discloses the customer's data to the subcontractor used to fulfill the contract (e.g. courier service), to the extent necessary to fulfill the subcontractor's task.
